Stringing machine buying questions and support.
Compatibility, height options, price, and after-sales help for Siboasi S3169 and S6, supplied by BigToy.
Who you are buying from.
Stringing Machine Pro is BigToy's specialist website for racquet stringing equipment. BigToy supplies the machines and coordinates configuration advice and after-sales support. Siboasi is the machine brand, not the operator of this website.
Our main model is Siboasi S3169. Siboasi S6 is the adjustable-height alternative. We help shops, clubs, coaches, and independent stringers choose the configuration for their racquets.
For a quote or help with an existing order, contact info@bigtoy.net. For an existing order, include your order reference, model, and a description of the issue.
Before you order.
Confirm the model, sports, destination, voltage, plug, and optional accessories. If you need squash support, include your racquet brand and model or photos before ordering.
EU, UK, and Australia warehouse options may be available. Dispatch warehouse, stock, shipping cost, tax treatment, and delivery estimate must be confirmed for your order; a regional warehouse option is not a promise of local stock.
Compatibility and buying answers.
What does S3169 need for squash racquets?
S3169 requires two additional squash clamp accessories. They should be specified in the quote, not assumed to be included with the standard machine. Send your racquet models or photos so the configuration can be checked.
Does S6 fit every squash racquet?
No. S6 squash compatibility is frame-dependent, even with additional clamps. Share racquet models or photos before ordering; do not assume universal squash compatibility.
What is the difference between the S3169 and S6 height options?
S3169 has an optional accessory that adds a fixed 10 cm of height. S6 has adjustable working height. A fixed extension and an adjustable-height stand are different options; choose based on the people who will use the machine.
How much do S3169 and S6 cost?
The listed machine prices are GBP 1,899 for S3169 and GBP 1,999 for S6. Delivery, tax, plug type, accessories, and final configuration are confirmed in the quote. These are not delivered total prices.
Can I order from the UK, EU, or Australia?
BigToy accepts quote enquiries for the UK, EU, and Australia, as well as international destinations. Regional warehouse options depend on model, stock, and configuration. Confirm dispatch location, delivery estimate, and any import costs before payment.
What warranty and after-sales support are available?
Confirmed machine orders include two-year warranty support. BigToy helps with setup questions, troubleshooting, accessories, and replacement-part coordination. Ask for the written warranty scope, claim procedure, and any shipping responsibilities before payment.
What information should I send for a quote?
Send your delivery country and city, sports, preferred model, quantity, and any height requirements. For squash, include racquet details. If you do not know the voltage or plug type, say so and ask BigToy to confirm the correct configuration.
Can I attach racquet photos to my enquiry?
Yes. Email your racquet photos to info@bigtoy.net with the brand, model, and machine you are considering. The website's email preparation form does not upload or send attachments.
What should I check besides the machine price?
Check the delivered total, tax and import responsibilities, required clamps, height accessories, power specification, dispatch warehouse, delivery estimate, and written warranty terms. Do not assume these are all included in the listed machine price.
Product information and its limits.
The compatibility and prices on this website reflect BigToy's published offering. Product photos, video, and specifications help you assess the machines; they are not independent laboratory tests or guarantees that every racquet frame will fit.
For S6 specifications, you can also read the Siboasi public S6 product material. Your written quotation should confirm the exact supplied configuration.
